eBatch is the automation of Elettrondata North America for a complete managing of the concrete production plant. The same software automation can cover the needs of ready mix and precast production.

The system is based on the PC / PLC technology installed in a Jbox joined to a PC software.

The system can be complete by further equipments Elettrondata’s made: weighers ED840/850, microwave moisture probes ED460, Slump meter .

The use of ebatch is simple and intuitive, the software has a functional content destinated to the high customer level with an exceptional performance about speed of execution, precision and efficienty.

The setting of archives, allows to configure the software depending the plant specs: mixes, clients , destinations, truck mixers is simple and quick.

The setting of criterias for to batch your elements is quick too then you can start with your production.

Plant can be configure such as dry or wet, with one scale each element or more, with more than a mixer, with skip or add-ons.  Elettrondata has a huge experience in many different plant configuration.

For a best software managing, Elettrondata made an user’s level organisation based on a different permission of the user / the plant manager / the general manager. All the levels can totally set by a simple function where the admin can allow or not the windows view and modification to the users.
