eSLUMP Ensures Customer Confidence In RMC

eSLUMP is an integrated hardware and software solution that collects data and calculates the concrete slump value. It is the industry’s most accurate and reliable on-truck system to confirm slump of the concrete prior to pouring on site. The system can optionally provide real-time fleet supervision, location tracking, and delivery confirmation.

eSlump-ISM-Driver

The Industry's Most Accurate Truck-Mounted Concrete Slump Detection System

Universally-accepted as the determining factor of concrete load quality at delivery, slump quality makes or breaks the delivery. The ability to prove that the concrete delivered to site meets the customer’s specifications is critical.

Customized Delivery with Traceability

Determines and automatically records the slump value of the load. The system also tracks the amount of added water for traceability.

Efficient Mix Management Improves Quality

Unique on-vehicle identity, real-time location tracking, and up-to-the-minute load-status enable optimized resource planning to maintain scheduled delivery commitments while providing traceability of delivered loads.

Easy and Safe for All Users

Easy to access controls located in a safe location ensure the safety of the crew while monitoring and adjusting the slump of the ready mix concrete.
